Within 24 hours - contact us on WhatsApp. After 24 hours, made-to-order items in production cannot be cancelled. Stock items can be cancelled before shipment.

7-day return window from delivery. Piece must be unused, in original packaging with all certificates. Refund processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.

Yes - exchange for any piece of equal or greater value within 7 days. Pay the difference if the new piece costs more. Contact WhatsApp to initiate.

Exchange your jewelry for a new piece at any time. Gold value adjusted to current rates, making charges apply to the new piece. Original invoice and certificates required.

Yes. Chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds - pure crystallised carbon, 10 on the Mohs scale. The only difference is origin.

Diamonds 0.30ct and above come with an IGI or SGL grading report covering the 4C's: carat, cut, colour, and clarity.

Yes, all gold is BIS hallmarked. Available in 9K (375), 14K (585), and 18K (750).

All our diamonds are hand-selected to VVS-VS clarity with D-F colour grade. Every stone is independently certified by IGI or SGL.

Yes - metal purity, size, and diamond specs are customisable on most designs. For fully bespoke pieces, reach out on WhatsApp.

If your ring doesn't fit, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and we'll resize it free — pickup and return shipping both ways are on us. Resize is available within ±2 Indian sizes from the original; for eternity bands or pavé-set designs we'll guide you to the best option.

We do not currently offer lifetime maintenance services. For cleaning, polishing, or resizing beyond the 7-day window, please reach out to us on WhatsApp and we'll guide you to trusted service partners.

We accept cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets through Razorpay. Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) is also available.

All transactions processed through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We never store card details on our servers.
