If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund. The following conditions apply:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and returned with all original packaging, invoice, and certificates.
Once the returned item passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Prefer a different piece? You can exchange your purchase within 7 days for its full value.
Your product can be exchanged for its full value against Gold, Diamond (Natural or Laboratory-Grown), or Precious Gem Jewellery. No deductions apply.
At Maanorah, we believe your jewelry should evolve with you. Every piece comes with a lifetime exchange guarantee at prevailing market rates.
The product value will be considered at prevailing gold rates and up to 90% of prevailing diamond rates.
Deductions apply for making charges, certification charges, wastage, discounts, and taxes. An additional 3% processing fee will be applied on the final exchange value.

All buybacks are subject to deductions for making charges, wastage, certification charges, discounts, and taxes. An additional 3% processing fee will be applied on the final buyback value.
Jewellery must be in acceptable condition and unaltered by third parties. Final value may be revised after inspection.

Receive Approval
Our team will review your request and approve the return or exchange within 24 hours. You will receive shipping instructions if applicable.
Ship or Visit
We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address, or you may visit us directly. Pack the jewelry securely in its original box with all accompanying documents.
Quality Inspection
Once received, our team inspects the item to verify its condition, originality, and documentation. This takes 1-2 business days.
Exchange or Refund
For exchanges, select your new piece and pay any difference. For returns within 7 days, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Proof of Purchase
Original invoice and diamond certificate (if applicable) must be provided for all returns, exchanges, or buybacks. Without these documents, no claim will be entertained.
Post-Inspection Valuation
Maanorah reserves the right to revise the valuation post-quality inspection. Any revisions will be communicated transparently.
Rights & Discretion
Maanorah reserves the right to accept or reject any return, exchange, or buyback based on the product's condition, originality, and documentation. Policies may be updated without prior notice.
Taxes & Duties
All applicable taxes, duties, fees, or levies are to be borne by the customer as per prevailing government regulations.
Dispute Resolution
We are committed to a client-first philosophy and aim to resolve all concerns amicably. If legal intervention is required, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
