Items marked as "In Stock" on the product page are dispatched within 2-3 business days and delivered within 3-10 business days across India.
Pieces crafted specifically for you take 15-20 business days from the date of order confirmation. This includes diamond sourcing, crafting, quality inspection, and hallmarking. We will keep you updated on the progress via WhatsApp.
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Enter your pin code on the product page to verify deliverability to your location.
International shipping is not available at this time. If you are located outside India, please contact us on WhatsApp and we will try to arrange delivery on a case-by-case basis.
All orders are shipped through reputed logistics partners specialising in high-value goods. Our shipping partners provide tamper-evident, GPS-tracked delivery with signature confirmation on receipt.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order from your account dashboard at any time.
Every shipment is fully insured for its complete invoice value at no additional cost to you. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, Maanorah will either replace the item or issue a full refund at your discretion.
Please inspect the package upon delivery. If the outer packaging appears tampered with, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
Each Maanorah piece is presented in a premium branded jewelry box, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The jewelry box is placed inside a sturdy outer shipping box designed to protect your purchase during transit.
For gift orders, please let us know at checkout and we will include a handwritten note card with your message.
