Most jewellers buy your old gold back at a discount and sell you a new piece at retail. The gap is their margin. We don’t play that game.
An exchange credits the materials in your piece — gold at today’s rate and diamonds at up to 90% of today’s rate — toward what you’re buying next. You only pay the difference, if there is one.
If you ever want a cash buy-back instead, we offer that too — gold at today’s rate and diamonds at up to 80% of today’s rate (versus 90% on an exchange), with the same deductions and 3% processing fee. Reach out and we’ll talk you through both options.

Lab-grown diamond credit assumes the stone is intact and certified. Damaged stones are evaluated case by case. Solitaire eternity and pavé pieces follow the same promise — we just chat through specifics first.
