These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Maanorah. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or make a purchase. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We make every effort to accurately display the colours, dimensions, and details of our jewelry. However, slight variations may exist between the product images and the actual product due to photography, screen settings, and the unique nature of handcrafted jewelry.

Prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated. As jewelry prices are influenced by fluctuating gold rates and diamond prices, the price of a product is confirmed at the time of order placement. Prices may change without prior notice.

Estimated Pricing: All prices shown on the Site are estimated based on standard gold and diamond weights for each design. Since each piece is crafted individually, the actual gold and diamond weight of the finished product may vary slightly from the estimate. The final price will be calculated based on the actual weight of the manufactured piece. If the final price is lower than the amount paid, the difference will be refunded to you. If the final price is higher, a secure payment link will be shared with you for the balance amount, which must be paid before dispatch.

In the event of a pricing error, Maanorah reserves the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price. You will be notified and offered the option to purchase at the correct price or receive a full refund.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Maanorah reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

Prices are frozen at the time of order placement. The complete price breakup (gold value, diamond value, making charges, GST) is recorded and forms part of the order record. Payment must be completed within the timeframe communicated at checkout.

Failure to complete payment within the specified period may result in automatic cancellation of the order. We are not liable for price changes between the time of cancellation and a new order.

All content on this Site - including text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, icons, and software - is the property of Maanorah or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or use any of the content from this Site without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

The Maanorah name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of Maanorah. Nothing on this Site grants any license or right to use any trademark without our express written permission.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
